We are looking for a Nights Supervisor who will be in charge of the operational delivery success and growth of one of our job&talent Global Clients.
Shift pattern: 10pm - 6am Mon-Fri, must be flexible to cover other shift patterns
Salary: 29,946
Location: Savers Darlington - DL3 0PS
Responsibilities:
- Planning & managing workload & labour deployment
- Managing & motivating the workforce
- Daily liaison with Team Leaders and Managers
- Attending Management meetings
- Training & development of new starters
- Production of accurate daily MI
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
- The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks
- Problem-solving attitude makes effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
