We are recruiting for a General Operative for one of our clients based in Weston, near Spalding. Our customer is one of the world's leading growers and suppliers of fresh cut flowers, house and garden plants.
Responsibilities:
- Sorting, packing, and preparing flowers for distribution
- Handling flowers with care to maintain quality and freshness
- Operating basic machinery and equipment as required
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
