Heathrow screening operative - West Drayton
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Heathrow screening operative to work with a leading company in the aviation logistics sector in West Drayton. This role is essential for maintaining the security and integrity of products destined for airline customers within a secure warehouse environment.
- Working any 5 days out of 7. Flexibility to work flexible shifts is required, according to the rota.
Pay rates:
- 14.00 GBP hourly
Essential requirements for Heathrow screening operative:
- Ability to pass a mandatory 5-year employment and background check, DBS check, AVSEC training and assessment (training provided), eyesight test, and security body checks.
- Ability to work in a high-security environment.
- Willingness to work in chilled warehouse conditions.
- Previous security experience is mandatory.
Desirable requirements for Heathrow screening operative:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, aviation, retail, or distribution environment.
- Experience operating X-ray equipment, handling bonded goods, stock control, or food hygiene knowledge.
Role for Heathrow screening operative:
- Prepare and screen inflight retail supplies within a secure warehouse.
- Operate security screening equipment and handle bonded goods.
- Support stock control activities and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, aviation security, and company procedures.
Location: West Drayton. The position is based in a secure warehouse environment at Heathrow.
