To be successful in your application, key skills will include:

Previous experience in managing high volume recruitment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • To identify suitable candidates for current and prospective (Industrial) clients
  • Conduct interviews and inductions
  • To clearly establish and understand the clients' requirements e.g. job description, hours of work, rates of pay
  • To assist in the smooth running of all Administration duties, inclusive of prompt delivery of Time Management & Attendance methods to facilitate Payroll of all Flexi Workers.
  • Ensure that all clients and workers comply with Health and Safety legislation and promptly refer any concerns to the branch manager.
  • To conform to all statutory employment and contractual legislation.
  • To ensure that all records of workers and customer requirements are current and up-to-date.
  • To ensure all administrative requirements are satisfied to ensure candidates are paid correctly and promptly, AND customers are invoiced promptly and correctly.
  • To attend promotional events, outside of normal working hours if necessary
  • To ensure all applicants have provided acceptable details of their legal right to work in the U.K and assist or offer advice of requirement
  • Maintaining quality and ISO procedures in line with Standard Operating Procedures to ensure effective, positive quality audit results
  • To carry out any additional duties that may be reasonably expected to perform
