This is a temporary purchasing administration role supporting a busy purchasing team. The position is well-suited to candidates with previous admin or data-entry experience who are available at short notice and confident working in a structured, process-driven environment. Full systems training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase order (PO) requests and queries received through a central ticketing system
- Raise, amend and receipt purchase orders accurately on the purchasing system, following standard procedures
- Ensure purchasing data is entered correctly and maintained to a high standard
- Support with basic invoice and supplier queries, escalating issues where appropriate
- Complete routine purchasing and workflow tasks in line with agreed service levels (SLAs)
- Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders via email and system updates
- Provide general purchasing and operational administrative support as required
