Requirements

  • Intermediate experience of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Oracle experience desired

Responsibilities

As a Payroll/Admin, you will:

  • General
    • Maintaining General Office Duties
    • Providing Administrative support to site management and Head Office and the HR Department
    • Continuous improvement of the role implementing ideas and solutions
    • Taking ownership of the role
  • Absenteeism
    • Recording, monitoring, processing absence and other personnel related issues
    • Producing records and liaising with HR to monitor both short-term and long-term absence
    • Update and maintain individual absence monitoring records
    • Produce accurate and timely Return To Work paperwork and record its progress
    • Update and produce long-term sick report
  • Timesheets/Payroll
    • Daily Time Sheets completion for monthly payroll input
    • Recording, monitoring and processing Staff Time Sheets
    • Processing and dealing with site Payroll issues by liaising and supporting Head Office Payroll Department
    • Taking control of monthly payroll enquiries and queries from staff, and resolving queries, and responding to employee in timely manner
    • Escalating to higher management where necessary
  • Staff Records
    • Daily update and maintenance of all personnel files and records i.e. attendance, holidays, training etc.
    • Recording, updating and processing holidays records
    • Daily attendance and punctuality monitoring and record keeping
    • Update and maintain individual staff records of PPE and other related issues
    • Liaising with Payroll and HR to Process Leavers
    • Provide first line cover for Reception when necessary
    • General filing
    • Any other ad hoc duties as requested
