Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-street assessments across Nottingham to identify high-potential parking locations
- Analyse footfall, demand drivers, transport links, visibility, accessibility, and rider behaviour
- Develop clear and visually compelling parking proposals for councils, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Support engagement with landowners, businesses, universities, and local stakeholders
- Assist with securing approvals and onboarding new parking locations
- Review existing on-street infrastructure and identify opportunities to improve branding, visibility, and compliance
- Monitor live parking performance, rider compliance, and operational challenges
- Use field insights, rider feedback, and data to continuously improve the parking network
