Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 65lbs / 30kg on a frequent basis
• Ability to operate a mobile device and follow in-app workflows (iOS preferred)
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Good level of fitness, ability to ride a bicycle, and willingness to work outdoors
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills
• Previous experience working with tools or as a mechanic is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and carry out quality control on e-bikes
• Deploy vehicles to correct locations across the city
• Identify and mark broken vehicles for retrieval
• Retrieve loose batteries found on the street
• Interact professionally with members of the public
• Report damaged or decayed vehicles
