Responsible for coordinating and supporting agency workers throughout each shift, including checking workers in and out, ensuring PPE compliance, and confirming all staff are ready and prepared to work on time. Act as the main point of contact for agency workers, assisting with queries and resolving issues while maintaining effective communication with the Jobandtalent Account Manager, client, and Shift Manager. Monitor workforce levels and report staffing shortages or operational issues promptly. Support the onboarding and training of new starters, allocate job roles, and monitor employee productivity. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help maintain performance, productivity, and workplace standards.
