The Position
We are looking for an Account Coordinator to support the successful operational delivery and continued growth of one of our key Job&Talent Global Clients.
Responsibilities
- Managing worker bookings on a daily basis in line with the client's requirements and adhering to parameters that are set
- Ensuring worker hours are recorded and inputted into the internal payroll system accurately
- Temporaries Management: daily check‑ins, managing absence, return to work interviews, managing attendance & performance and conducting disciplinaries
- Dealing with colleagues queries
- Good planning and organisation skills
- Ensuring compliance in all areas
- Ambition and determination to succeed
A successful candidate will have
- 1 year of experience in a coordination, recruitment, or site support role within a high‑volume staffing or logistics environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and resolve issues effectively
- A high level of attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
