We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Japanese cuisine, ideally within a 5-star dining or high-volume kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, excellent knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards, and experience with modern kitchen systems and recipe management.

Pay rates:
* £52,000 per annum
Essential requirements for Japanese sous chef:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef specialising in Japanese cuisine, ideally in 5-star dining or high-volume kitchens.
- Fluency in Japanese (speaking, reading and writing) is essential.
- Strong leadership skills, HACCP and food safety knowledge, experience with modern kitchen systems, and a recognised culinary qualification are required.
Role for Japanese sous chef:
- Lead kitchen operations and maintain high standards of Japanese culinary excellence.
- Manage food safety protocols and ensure full compliance with HACCP regulations.
- Oversee recipe management and kitchen systems to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Supervise kitchen staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
