Forklift Driver - AM / TLT Operator - Uttoxeter, Staffordshire - Earn up to £13.67 per hour. At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for FLT Driver / TLT Operator to work with Unipart JCB, a leading company known for its expertise in logistics and supply chain management. Unipart JCB provides comprehensive services, including warehousing, distribution, and transportation solutions.

Shift Patterns

  • Monday to Thursday: 07:00 - 16:00 (+1h commided OT)
  • Friday: 07:00 - 12:00

Pay Rates

  • Standard: £13.67 per hour
  • Overtime: £20.50 per hour (paid after 39 standard hours)

Requirements

  • Previous experience operating TLT equipment (Counterbalance/Forklift/Teletruck/Bradshaw)
  • Valid forklift or TLT certificate/license
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a very fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills (using radios)
  • Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job as this role requires also manual handling
  • This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions

Role of a Forklift Driver - AM

  • Offload Cab delivery & sequence Cab into storage location
  • Deliver to line using Bradshaw to sequence according to build (very fast paced)
  • Operate TLT/bradshaw and other handling equipment in line with health & safety protocols
  • Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors
  • Adhere to site procedures and guidelines
