- Diagnosing and repairing e-bikes and/or e-scooters using approved parts and tools
- Meeting daily repair targets to maintain fleet availability
- Carrying out small repairs and maintenance tasks
- Reporting destroyed and damaged vehicles that would require workshop repair,
- Supporting the team with additional duties when required
- Perform on-street repairs and maintenance
- Diagnose mechanical issues
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Keep accurate service records
