Position
The Opportunity We are looking for a commercially minded Reservations, Events & Sales Coordinator to take ownership of inbound enquiries while actively driving new business.
This is not just a reservations role—you will play a key part in generating revenue, converting leads, and building long‑term client relationships, particularly within the corporate and events market.
Your Role As the first point of contact for our guests and partners, you will: Handle reservations and event enquiries via phone, email, and in‑person Plan private dining experiences, wine tastings, and bespoke events.
Build and manage relationships with agencies and event planners, attending events and meetings, and discussing commission structures—all with the aim of bringing in more corporate groups and international clients.
Develop business within the neighbourhood with local business contacts and other networks Build strong relationships with local PR teams and support the development of our communications Optimise table reservations and increase sales through strategic booking management.
Manage group bookings (corporate dinners to family celebrations), from start to finish (quotes, negotiations, pre‑orders, invoicing).
Create tailored, high‑quality events while ensuring smooth communication with venue teams.
Keep up‑to‑date with menus, offers, and venue details to upsell effectively.
Represent the brand, attending networking events and client meetings.
What We’re Looking For 2–3 years’ experience in hospitality, reservations, or events—with a strong interest in sales and business development A commercial mindset with confidence in upselling, negotiating, and closing bookings Excellent communication skills – professional, confident and warm.
Strong organisation & multitasking skills in a high‑volume environment.
Ability to problem‑solve and handle guest requests smoothly.
Based in London, with some weekend availability required.
Knowledge of the London hospitality market is a strong advantage.
