- You will oversee the execution of on-site services, including commissioning, installation, testing, and troubleshooting of AGT systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
- Monitor and manage operational budgets for field service activities, ensuring financial targets are achieved.
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. You have significant experience in a field service engineering role, preferably within the power generation or oil & gas industry. Possess proven leadership experience, managing technical professionals in a supervisory or team lead capacity. Strong technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, along with analytical skills to drive process improvements. Skilled in operational and project management, with a focus on quality control and collaboration.
