How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will provide first-line support to the Field Service team during unscheduled shutdowns, ensuring timely technical workscopes are delivered.
- Troubleshoot core, package, and mechanical issues, implementing approved design changes and modifications as necessary.
- Offer 24-hour support functionality via the out-of-hours support hotline when required, ensuring our customers receive the assistance they need.
- Collaborate with the Service Engineering department to optimize installation, repair, commissioning, and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain a knowledge database with technical solutions and equipment details, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.
What You Bring
- You hold a degree in an engineering discipline or possess equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in engine systems.
