Join our dynamic team as a Technical Support Engineer in Lincoln, where you will play a vital role in supporting our Industrial Turbomachinery business. You will engage in complex troubleshooting activities, providing innovative solutions for our fleet of gas turbines installed worldwide. Your responsibilities will include manning the Technical Support Helpdesk and traveling for on-site support as needed. How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will provide first-line support to the Field Service team during unscheduled shutdowns, ensuring timely technical workscopes are delivered.
- Troubleshoot core, package, and mechanical issues, implementing approved design changes and modifications as necessary.
- Offer 24-hour support functionality via the out-of-hours support hotline when required, ensuring our customers receive the assistance they need.
- Collaborate with the Service Engineering department to optimize installation, repair, commissioning, and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain a knowledge database with technical solutions and equipment details, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.

- You hold a degree in an engineering discipline or possess equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in engine systems.
