You'll be joining a supportive hospital team that balances the excitement of ECC and referral cases with a genuinely collaborative and caring culture. With dedicated wards for cats, dogs, exotics, isolation, and day procedures, plus a full OOH team to hand over to, you'll be able to focus on delivering gold-standard nursing care.
Alongside a fantastic team of certificate holders and experienced colleagues, you'll be supported in your own development. Whether your passion is ECC, anaesthesia, inpatient care, or coaching, there's space to grow, with access to CPD, mentoring, and the chance to shape your career path.
About you:
- Confident RVN with experience in a hospital setting
- Strong clinical and communication skills, with the ability to support and inspire those around you

The Package:
- Salary £31,000-£34,000 (DOE)
- Full-time rota of 4 days per week, with 1:8 weekends (and a Monday off in lieu)
- 6 weeks holiday, including Bank Holidays (with option to buy/sell)
- Enhanced sick, maternity, and paternity pay
- RCVS & VDS fees covered, plus an additional subscription
- £600 CPD allowance + 3 days leave
