About the Role
Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for fabricating stainless steel components and products to a high standard, working from drawings and specifications, and collaborating closely with the rest of the production team to meet quality and delivery targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Cut, bend, weld, and finish stainless steel to produce kitchen and bathroom fixtures and fittings
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Operate fabrication equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and tolerances
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines
- Report progress and any issues to the Site Supervisor

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in metal fabrication (stainless steel experience highly regarded)
- Solid welding skills (TIG preferred)
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- A reliable team player with a strong work ethic
- Understanding of (and commitment to) workplace health and safety practices
- Relevant trade qualification
