The role of a Paid Media Executive includes:
- Delivering paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing, TikTok, LinkedIn, and AdRoll.
- Ensuring campaigns are structured correctly from the outset related to targeting, budgets, and tracking.
- Supporting ongoing optimisation, testing, and performance improvements.
- Implementing and maintaining conversion tracking and attribution setups to ensure accurate measurement.
- Monitoring campaign performance and key metrics, spotting trends and issues early.
- Supporting reporting and analysis, using platforms such as GA4 to turn data into insights.
- Collaborating with the wider team to test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Supporting structured testing approaches to improve efficiency and CPA.
- Refining targeting, keywords, and audience based on performance data.
