Job Description
Campaign Manager
£40,000 – £45,000 + bonus
London (2 days per week in office)
Our client
We’re supporting a specialist digital growth agency in the healthcare sector. Our client delivers campaigns across paid media, web, CRM, content and SEO, helping businesses grow whilst taking the stress out of their marketing.
AI is central to how they work. They’ve developed their own tools for campaign copy and video scripts, alongside automations that support planning and delivery. This gives their team more time to focus on quality, coordination and client relationships.
They invest in their people, with support to develop your skills and progress within the business. You’ll join a collaborative team that values clear communication, welcomes feedback and encourages everyone to take ownership and contribute ideas.
The role
We’re looking for a Campaign Manager with strong writing skills and experience coordinating digital campaigns from brief through to launch.
Working closely with client managers, web, CRM and creative teams, you’ll turn agreed briefs into clear delivery plans and see them through. You could be coordinating a service launch for one client or a seasonal promotion across multiple businesses, each with different offers and deadlines.
You’ll use the agency’s AI tools to generate initial content, then review and refine it for each client. Alongside managing delivery, you’ll take ownership of the final checks that make sure the copy, creative and landing pages work together.
You’ll report initially to the CEO, moving to the Digital Director when they join in early 2027.
Some of the things you’ll be involved in:
- Coordinate campaigns across paid media, landing pages, email and social, ensuring everything is ready for launch.
- Manage tasks, owners, deadlines and approvals through the agency’s automated Asana intake process, flagging delivery risks early and providing weekly status updates.
- Generate and refine landing page copy, ads, emails, automated responses and video scripts using the agency’s AI tools, including ad copy variations for testing.
- Brief web and creative teams, review their work and provide clear feedback, creating occasional image ad variations yourself when needed.
- Proof content against client briefs, tone of voice and relevant healthcare advertising guidance, ensuring creative is correctly formatted for each platform.
- Coordinate landing page builds and website updates, checking mobile layouts, forms, calls to action and tracking before launch.
- Gather content and approvals for social media partners, review automated Google Business Profile posts and manage one-off profile updates.
- Coordinate wider updates across the client base, maintaining clear trackers of progress and outstanding work.
- Join client calls to discuss creative, results and upcoming activity, following through on agreed actions. Help improve campaign processes and share a monthly roundup of developments across Meta, Google and AI search.
The ideal Campaign Manager has:
- Around 2–4 years’ experience in campaign delivery, marketing coordination or an account executive role, ideally within an agency.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns or clients with competing deadlines.
- Excellent written English, with strong editing and proofing skills.
- Practical experience using AI tools and the judgement to improve what they produce.
- Working knowledge of Meta and Google Ads, email marketing, landing pages and Google Business Profiles.
- Confidence communicating with clients and coordinating work across teams.
- Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
- Basic design skills using Canva, Figma or AI image tools, with a willingness to create occasional campaign assets.
- Experience in healthcare marketing would be useful, but isn’t essential.
The perks
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off.
- Flexible working over Christmas / New Year in addition to holiday allowance.
- Bonus scheme.
- A budget for tailored learning plan, including industry events.
- Company laptop.
- Pension contributions.
- Hybrid working.
- 1-2 work retreats per annum.
- Mental wellness support and Headspace subscription.
