Aufgaben:
- Eigenverantwortliche Akquisition von Neukunden und aktives Beziehungsmanagement zu relevanten Ansprechpartnern (CEOs bzw. HR-Manager)
- Umfassende und effiziente Betreuung bestehender Kunden
- Angebotslegung und Erstellung von Anforderungsprofilen
- Active Sourcing potentieller Kandidaten mithilfe von Social Media, Headhunting, Datenbanken, diverser Karriere-Plattformen, sowie Networking
Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische bzw. HR-Ausbildung
- Vertriebserfahrung im Personalberater-, Personaldienstleistung- oder Personalwesen
- Gute Kontakte bzw. Netzwerke zu attraktiven Unternehmen, die expandieren bzw. umstrukturieren wollen
- Professionelles und kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten
- Unternehmerische Denkweise und Lust auf selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Recruitingerfahrung und Affinität zu neuen Apps, Social Media etc.
- Motivierte, organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit, die viel auf wirtschaftlichen Veranstaltungen unterwegs ist, um weitere Netzwerke auszubauen
