Aufgaben:
- Aufrechterhaltung & Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätssicherungssystems gemäß AMBO & EU GMP
- Führung eines 5-köpfigen Teams
- Leitung des Bereiches Qualitätssicherung, Budgetverantwortung
- Ansprechpartner für Behörden & Kunden in GMP Fragen
- Erstellung, Prüfung bzw. Genehmigung von GMP Dokumenten
- Bearbeitung & Beurteilung von Abweichungen, Reklamationen, Änderungen, Risikoanalysen, Lieferantenqualifizierungen
- Audit- & Inspektionsmanagement intern, extern & Begleitung der Behörden- & Kundenaudits
- Mitgestaltung & Unterstützung der laufenden Projekte
- Qualitätssicherung im Rahmen von Lohnherstellermanagement
Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Pharmazie oder Naturwissenschaften, evtl. als Chemiker, Biotechnologe, Qualitätsmanager, Qualitätskontrolle Laborleiter, Werkstoffhersteller
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Qualitätssicherung, Herstellung oder Qualitätskontrolle sowie Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position
- Erfahrung in der sterilisierten Herstellung bzw. Werkstoffherstellung
- Qualifikation als Auditor von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und Erfahrung im internationalen Umfeld
- Selbstorganisation, Eigenverantwortung und Durchsetzungsstärke
- Prozessorientierte Denkweise
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten
- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft max. 10-15 %
