Workday HCM Consultant Contractor – Edinburgh – 6-month Contract opportunity – Inside IR35 – Hybrid (2 days office based)Evolve IT Recruitment is currently recruiting for Workday HCM Consultant contractor for one of our clients based in Edinburgh; working alongside their inhouse technology teams you will provide enhancements and support across the Workday landscape, helping deliver new functionality and increasing user-friendliness and efficiency. Reviewing processes and optimising services is a key element of the role as is supporting the HR technology team and Workday Extend applications and any integrations into the company wide technology infrastructure.Other responsibilities include:Providing user support across all departmentsMaintaining a high level of compliance to data management and data security policies and proceduresContributing to the ongoing improvement of existing standards and procedures, and delivering effective user support materials and guides Experience required:Extensive knowledge and administration experience in the Workday platform at a technical level, including the following areas: HCM, Recruiting, Extend, Studio, Learning, Career Hub, Advanced Compensation, Report Writing, Security, Calculated FieldsKnowledge of business processes across a HR departmentExcellent communication skillsStrong analysis skills and creative mindset
