You\’ll work with major UK clients across sectors including professional services, energy, and higher education.As an EPM Assistant Manager, you’ll combine financial insight and technical skills to deliver scalable, cloud-based performance management solutions—most notably using Workday Adaptive Planning. You’ll also be part of a collaborative team with a strong internal culture, high-profile projects, and clear pathways to career growth.What you’ll be doingLeading and supporting the delivery of end-to-end EPM solutions, primarily using Workday Adaptive PlanningDesigning, building, and testing models, sheets, and reports for financial planning, budgeting, and forecastingCollaborating with internal teams and clients to translate business needs into practical solutionsCoaching junior consultants and contributing to internal knowledge-sharingSupporting business development and contributing to client proposalsWhat you’ll bring3–5 years’ experience in EPM consulting or finance transformationStrong hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including model building, cube/sheet design, and OfficeConnect reportingUnderstanding of financial processes and planning cyclesExperience in client-facing environments (consulting background is a plus)Adaptive Planning certification(s) highly preferredBroader EPM/ERP tool knowledge (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle, SAP, OneStream) is beneficialFinance qualifications (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA) are an advantage but not essentialLocation & Working ModelBase: London (main team hub), with options to work from other UK offices such as Bristol, Manchester, or BirminghamHybrid model: Typically 2 days per week on client site, with monthly team meetups in LondonSome travel may be required depending on project needsSalary & BenefitsCompetitive salary range of £46K–£60K, depending on location and experienceBenefits include performance bonus, private healthcare, generous holiday allowance, and flexible working arrangementsAbout the Team65–70 professionals across the UK, ranging from consultants to partnersDedicated EPM service line within a wider transformation practiceCurrently delivering one of the largest Adaptive Planning programmes in the UKStrong investment in learning, certification support, and mentoring
