The Role
We’re looking for a Web Manager & Full Stack Designer to support our digital marketing initiatives and accelerate the performance of our SEO and PPC campaigns. This is a hybrid role that blends technical web development with creative design, focusing on building and optimizing high-converting landing pages and ensuring the best possible user experience across our web properties.
You will:
- Design, build, and optimize landing pages that support SEO and PPC performance
- Use A/B testing and data insights to improve conversion rates and user experience
- Ensure responsive, mobile-first design across all website content and features
- Work closely with our SEO and PPC teams to align content and technical implementation with campaign goals
- Manage site architecture and page speed to ensure high technical performance
- Implement technical SEO best practices, including schema markup and site structure improvements
- Maintain and develop APIs and third-party integrations as needed
- Ensure the website meets accessibility standards and works across all major browsers
- Create and maintain wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new site features
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager, and provide reports on landing page performance
- Set up and manage conversion tracking for marketing attribution

About You
You should be confident in both front-end and back-end web development, with a strong eye for design and user experience. You’ll need to be comfortable working across teams and bringing ideas to life quickly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key qualifications include:
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework (e.g. React, Vue.js, Angular)
- Experience with back-end development using Node.js, PHP, or Python
- Understanding of database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Familiarity with Git for version control
- Experience working with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
Design & Marketing Skills
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion rate optimization
- Experience designing PPC and SEO landing pages with clear conversion goals
- Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices and technical implementation
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in web development and design, ideally within a marketing-focused environment
- A track record of improving website conversion rates and building high-performance landing pages
- Experience working with marketing teams or campaign managers
- A strong portfolio showing both technical and design capabilities
- Experience using CMS platforms and marketing tools
