Citi's Commercial Bank ("CCB") is a rapidly growing business, targeting emerging, mid- and larger-sized companies with annual revenue generally up to $3 billion. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our CCB Global Business Execution ("BE") team. The Vice President Global Business Execution Partner is a part of the CCB BE Global team and will report to the CCB BE Global Lead. This VP senior level position is responsible for leading key administrative and strategic initiatives within our Global Business Execution team. These tasks may include managing internal reviews, preparing materials for business reviews, developing frameworks and managing the day-to-day execution on key business processes. This is an exciting Global role that will offer exposure to working with CCB leaders and partners globally as well as working on processes and initiatives of global impact.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Process
- Support execution of key strategic initiatives for Global CCB and across Banking to ensure delivery with high quality, accuracy and timeliness. This will include a combination of leading or supporting projects; depending on the nature of the projects.
- Own the administrative, operational, and process enhancements on key CCB / Banking processes in partnership with other internal teams e.g. Coverage, Loans, Resources, Strategy, Risk etc. Example processes include Expense Management, Headcount, Real Estate.
- From time to time prepare talking points to support CCB leadership internal and external engagements.
- Lead preparation for key business meetings - Exco meetings, strategic offsites, and CCB Global Townhalls.
- Support the Global BE team to articulate strategic priorities, support governance programs & track performance against strategic priorities.
- Business Reviews
- Prepare detailed analytics to understand business drivers, opportunities & threats. Monitor ongoing performance.
- Leverage global data sources to run adhoc analysis on key strategic / operational and deliver meaningful insights.
- Coordinate and contribute to the preparation for quarterly business management reviews for CCB Cluster teams. Produce high quality presentations & supporting materials for senior business reviews.
- Support the development of and production of materials for management presentations, town halls, etc.
- Assist in transferring best practices across within CCB BE broadly and across Banking.
- Risk & Controls
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- Substantial experience in a financial services role, knowledge of Commercial Banking.
- Business administration and management experience preferred.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a team of diverse skill sets and cultures.
- Strong financial acumen and demonstrated ability to perform detailed analysis and synthesize complex and multiple data sources.
- Proven ability to multi-task, work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
- Proactive and takes ownership.
- Ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts, functional and technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, influence others to achieve business objectives.

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
