A rapidly growing organization undergoing significant transformation is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Transformation to lead enterprise-wide initiatives and drive sustainable operational excellence. This fully remote executive position requires biweekly travel to the company’s headquarters for executive collaboration, strategic planning, and change implementation.
The VP of Transformation will serve as a key architect and driver of change, responsible for developing and executing transformation strategies that enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end execution of major transformation initiatives across business units, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify improvement opportunities and translate strategic vision into actionable plans.
- Oversee and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring accountability, timeliness, and successful delivery of transformation goals.
- Build and embed a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across all levels of the organization.
