Our client is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable IT Training and Delivery Coach to support the adoption and ongoing optimisation of the modern workplace technologies within their organisation. This role is central to embedding new ways of working by delivering tailored training and support on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a particular focus on an upcoming implementation of a new SharePoint solution and the increasing use of AI within the modern workplace.

Working closely with IT and Change teams, the successful candidate will be instrumental in empowering business users across a complex organisational structure to adopt and embrace new technologies, delivering high-quality training and playing an active role in change management and business engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver effective training sessions, workshops, and documentation to support adoption of Microsoft 365 tools, with a primary focus on SharePoint and AI-enhanced productivity tools.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and key contact for user support and learning on Microsoft 365, including Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and emerging AI functionalities.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and tailor training content to suit different user groups, roles, and digital capabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with IT and Change Management teams to embed new technologies into business-as-usual processes.
  • Lead or support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, impact assessments, and readiness monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, quick reference materials, and other learning assets aligned with best practices in digital adoption.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and adapt delivery approaches to ensure ongoing value and user confidence.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement in digital workplace adoption.
Candidate ProfileEssential Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in delivering IT training within large, complex organisations.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 suite, particularly SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related collaboration tools.
  • A confident and engaging communicator with excellent presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills.
  • Experience supporting digital change and user adoption, ideally within a formal change management framework.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders across varying levels of digital confidence, and tailor messaging accordingly.
  • Skilled in creating user-focused learning materials and documentation.
  • Comfortable working across diverse teams and navigating varied cultures, structures, and ways of working.
Desirable:
  • Experience or understanding of the role of AI within the modern workplace, especially Microsoft Copilot or similar productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci.
  • Background in adult education, coaching, or learning and development.
