I’m currently working for a global engineering business who are looking for a Software Test Engineer to join their growing team in Enfield. The company has been going for over 30 years and develops products across a wide range of industries from surveillance & security to maritime and defence!
The main requirement of the role is to have excellent testing experience within a mainly Automation Tool-Driven Testing environment. You will work closely with the development teams, focusing primarily on functional & non-functional testing, but there will be scope to carry out Test Automation or CI/CD Maintenance. You will ideally have some experience with Python as that is the main language they use across the business.
The Software Test Engineer role requires on-site working in Enfield and would require office working 5-days a week. Flexible hours are available.
Technical Requirements- Experience in Automation & Tool-Driven Testing.
- Good knowledge of testing Windows applications.
- Fully confident with the SDLC.
- Ideally have worked with a variety of scripting languages and e-commerce Testing.
- Confident working amongst different teams.
- Ideally have an ISTQB certification or equivalent.
- £40,000-£50,000
- Flexible hours - 4.5 days a week.
- UK based candidates – no sponsorship can be offered.
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
