Solution Consultant - Workday HCM

As a member of our diverse and skilled Presales team, you will have the opportunity to learn new skills while being challenged daily. Your tasks will include connecting the business needs of prospective clients with Workday solutions by crafting high-quality, contextual content and delivering creative and engaging presentations that will help our customers transform and streamline their business to reach strategic goals and tackle business challenges.

In this role, you will use and further develop your presentation abilities, collaborative presales experience, and HCM expertise to articulate and differentiate the value for, and expand the adoption of Software as a Service (SaaS). Our Presales teams collaborate with the sales organisation, responsible for building a compelling vision of the Workday solution and differentiators as part of a value selling approach.

You will provide in-depth HCM product knowledge to the sales teams and customers through sales presentations and product demonstrations, focusing on employee engagement, talent, people analytics, recruiting, and learning. You will assist in assessing potential application of Workday solutions to meet customer needs and prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions while showcasing the value of our solution.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2-4+ years experience demonstrating initiative and committed results, preferably in HCM domain as HR practitioner or sales/presales of HCM suite.
• 2+ Working experience and good understanding of topics including employee engagement, talent, employee experience, recruiting, and learning.

Other Qualifications:

• Solution Consulting / Consulting experience with HCM enterprise business solutions a plus.
• Previous work experience in storytelling.
• Professional experience in a Pre-Sales / Sales Consulting / HR role.
• Expertise knowledge of administrative systems around HR.
• An understanding of Cloud-based HCM SaaS solutions is desired.
• Experience of presenting administrative computing solutions in front of technical and business audiences.
• Strong functional experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Strong presentation skills.
