Commodity Technology offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with excellent growth opportunities and projects involving cutting-edge technologies.ResponsibilitiesDevelop research and trading applications using Python (Django, Flask, Tornado, or FastAPI), front-end development (React/Angular), and AWS technologies (S3, SQS, AWS Batch, etc.)Collaborate closely with traders, quants, and technologists worldwide to understand system development requirementsDevelop software solutions in an agile manner, employing modern practices such as comprehensive testing, version control, CI/CD, etc.Test and deploy software solutions automatically using CI/CD pipelinesManage and operate DEV/UAT/PROD deployment environments following DevOps principlesMandatory RequirementsAt least 2 years of professional experience in Python application developmentExperience with data-intensive applications using pandas and numpyWeb frontend development experience with React and/or AngularWorking knowledge of SQL and databasesExperience with unit testingPreferred RequirementsExperience in financial institutions, preferably in commoditiesFamiliarity with quantitative finance and electronic trading conceptsExperience developing dashboards and data visualization applications with Plotly, Matplotlib, Bokeh, Dash, etc.Experience with AWS technologies such as S3, Athena, SQS, Batch, LambdaExperience with DevOps practices using containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes #J-18808-Ljbffr
