Are you an experienced Workshop Controller or Centre Manager? We have an opportunity to join us as a SMART Repair Centre Manager in our Exeter Smart Repair Centre. We are offering a competitive basic salary of £35,000 with an OTE of £40,000 plus an excellent range of company benefits!
The Repair Centre Manager role is both demanding and rewarding. It is critical in supporting the Group Accident Repair Centre division and strategy, as well as supporting the wider Group to reach their objectives. This position oversees all disciplines of the Repair Centre and is responsible for maximising departmental profitability, achieving the departmental business plan and all Company objectives.
The role holder must also take responsibility for the smooth and timely flow of work through the Repair Centre to maximise productivity whilst maintaining high quality standards to achieve customer satisfaction. They will effectively control and maintain resources, including stocks and equipment, in order to maintain and improve departmental performance.
You will be required to lead, coach and develop your team in order to create a motivational working environment, aid colleague retention, encourage continuous improvement and promote enhanced performance in colleagues with the ultimate aim of achieving an outstanding customer experience. The role holder will be required to maintain excellent working relationships with all work providers and suppliers.
To be successful, you must be experienced in working within a Bodyshop or SMART Repair Centre. You must also hold a Full UK Driving licence.
