What You’ll Be Doing:Manage end-to-end recruitment across Sales & GTM functions (e.g. Field sales, SDRs etc)Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leadersDeliver a world-class candidate experience from first contact to offerContinuously improve hiring processes and employer branding efforts? What You’ll Bring:4+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally with a focus on Sales hiring in fintech or scaling tech companiesFluent in both French and English (written and spoken)Strong sourcing skills across both passive and active talent poolsConfident managing stakeholders independently and influencing hiring outcomesProactive, organised, and outcome-driven with a collaborative mindset?
