We provide such systems for transfers, and payouts domains.We want our platform to be easy to use, integrate, and extend, while also enforcing good practices, risks mitigation, and maintaining high performance.What Does It TakeA strong product mindset and passion for user experience, you prioritise work with the customers in mind and make data-driven decisions to fix customer pain-pointsGreat communication skills to drive cross team projectsThe ability to articulate complex, technical concepts to non-technical audienceYou enjoy writing testable, easy to extend, high-quality codeYou have solid Java 11 plus knowledge, experience with Spring framework and microservice best practicesAdvocate for best coding practices, code reviews and open feedbackExperience Distributed and Concurrent SystemsHands on knowledge of microservice architecture patternsExperience working with relational databases, messaging queues and designing schemasWhat does success look like?:You’ll have onboarded and found your place through understanding your team and tribe vision and how you can contributeYou’ll understand how our values can help you guide your workYou’ll understand the reasons behind problematic payments and customer difficulties and how to go about solving themYou’ll be raising the automation level to enable scaling of the productUnderstand our customers and the impact our product makes in their lives.
