Principales responsabilités :
  • Gestion complète du recrutement : de l’identification des talents Ă  l’évaluation des candidats, jusqu’à la nĂ©gociation des offres.
  • DĂ©veloppement commercial stratĂ©gique : identifier les opportunitĂ©s clĂ©s, prospecter proactivement, nĂ©gocier les contrats et renforcer les relations avec les clients.
  • Leadership commercial : accompagner les entreprises en tant que partenaire stratĂ©gique en leur proposant des solutions sur mesure.
  • Expansion du rĂ©seau : dĂ©velopper notre prĂ©sence sur le marchĂ© technologique, notamment dans le domaine du cloud, en tirant parti de son rĂ©seau.
  • Mentorat & transmission : partager les meilleures pratiques avec les consultants juniors et contribuer Ă  la rĂ©ussite de l’équipe.
Profil recherché :
  • ExpĂ©rience confirmĂ©e en recrutement 360° avec un historique de succès en facturation et un focus sur le dĂ©veloppement d’affaires.
  • Fibre commerciale et capacitĂ© Ă  nĂ©gocier et gĂ©rer des relations business de haut niveau.
  • OrientĂ©(e) rĂ©sultats, habituĂ©(e) Ă  dĂ©passer tes objectifs dans un environnement challengeant.
