You\’ll solve fundamental technical challenges that will shape how the next generation of companies are built, setting the standard for decades to come.Why is this role important?As a Senior Product Engineer at Attio you will take ownership of a key area of our product and make technical and strategic decisions that deliver world-class user experiences.In this role, you will be expected to:Contribute across the stack to help move the company and product forwardDesign the frontend architecture of new product features and implement them using React NativeLead projects and make product decisions based on interactions with customersAdvocate for techniques and technologies that can improve our technology stackCollaborate through excellent written communicationMentor other members of the teamRepresent Attio’s Product & Engineering values both internally and externallyWhose team will you join?You’ll join the Companion Apps team, which owns the Attio mobile app, Attio desktop app (built on Tauri 2.0) and the Attio Chrome extension. You’ll also have opportunities to make an impact beyond the team; for example, this group led the recent upgrade to React 19.Internally, we work around two fundamental principles: Curiosity and Ownership. These values transcend the way we work and how our teams are structured.We embrace Curiosity with a culture of open discussion and open access – making everything from financial metrics and customer conversation through to code and tooling open to every member of the team.
