Senior Process Engineer, Process EngineeringThe Amazon Logistics (AMZL) team is looking to hire an experienced, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Sr. Process Engineer to drive standardization and innovation in physical infrastructure, layout, and material flow across our Last Mile delivery network.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the optimization of AMZL Delivery Stations by continuously driving process innovations, developing safe & efficient process equipment, and creating Infrastructure design standards.Key Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and improve Amazon Logistics equipment/processes to enhance safety, customer experience, capacity, speed, quality, and cost goals.Lead multiple high-priority projects that involve management of stakeholders from different functional areas.Drive standardization by creating and improving design process standards.Implement and establish World-Wide best practices.About the TeamOur multicultural Engineering team has members from different nationalities.
