Come help us build the future of Web3 and digital ownership. About the OpportunityWe are seeking a visionary Senior Director of Product – Stablecoins to spearhead our stablecoin strategy. This role is pivotal in expanding MoonPay\’s capabilities in the stablecoin ecosystem, enhancing our product offerings, and driving adoption across various markets. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that positions MoonPay at the forefront of stablecoin innovation. What you will doStrategic LeadershipDefine and articulate MoonPay\’s stablecoin visionDevelop and manage a strategic roadmap for stablecoin products, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needsCollaborate with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives that drive growth and user engagementProduct DevelopmentOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle for stablecoin offeringsWork with engineering, design, finance and operations teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutionsEnsure compliance with regulatory standards and implement robust risk management practicesCross-Functional CollaborationEngage with stakeholders across compliance, legal, finance, marketing, and customer support to ensure cohesive product developmentBuild partnerships with financial institutions, blockchain networks, and other key players in the stablecoin ecosystem to drive adoptionAdvocate for customer needs and feedback, integrating insights into product enhancements About You7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on fintech, payments, or cryptoProven track record of leading successful product initiatives in the stablecoin or crypto spaceStrong understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized finance (DeFi) systemsExceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teamsExperience navigating regulatory environments and ensuring compliance in product developmentExperience working in high-growth startup environments and scaling product teams What you will be working with/onYou’ll drive the vision and execution of MoonPay’s stablecoin initiatives, bringing innovative products to life that are secure, scalable, and globally accessible. Working cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, and design, you’ll ensure every launch meets the highest standards of usability and regulatory integrity.
