The Role

As a Digital Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the transformation of digital systems and processes across the trading lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Front Office, Risk, Finance, and Back Office to deliver innovative, cloud-native solutions that support both physical and financial commodity trading.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design using agile and design thinking methodologies.
  • Translating business needs into data-driven and microservices-based digital solutions.
  • Collaborating with development teams to prototype and deliver scalable cloud-native applications.
  • Supporting the full application lifecycle from concept to post go-live support.
