My client, a niche Managing Agent, is looking for a Senior Building Manager to oversee operations of a site exceeding 270,000 sq ft. It is essential that you are customer focused. You will be responsible for implementing all process procedures for the site and managing an Assistant Building Manager (ABM) who will report to you.
You should have previous experience managing a site of similar scale, with exposure to setting and managing service charge budgets, overseeing health and safety (IOSH or NEBOSH certification is essential), driving ESG initiatives, and overseeing fit-out works.
