We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Automotive OEM Sales & Operations Manager to lead dealer network growth, field sales execution, and strategic operations for a rapidly expanding automotive OEM in the UK. This is a hybrid role, ideal for a driven professional with deep experience in OEM sales, franchise dealer management, and B2B relationship development.
- Dealer Network Development: Identify, onboard, and manage franchise dealerships to drive brand presence and market share.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement field sales plans that meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong partnerships with key dealership stakeholders, including General Managers and Parts & Service Managers.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and dealership performance to identify opportunities for growth.
- Training & Support: Provide coaching and training to dealership teams on product knowledge, sales processes, and compliance standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key sales KPIs, manage pipeline data, and deliver regular progress reports to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive OEM sales, dealership management, or field sales.
- Hands-on experience working with automotive franchise dealers in sales, parts, and service operations.
- Proven ability to manage territory sales, prospecting, and closing B2B deals within the automotive sector.
- Solid understanding of OEM processes, incentive programs, and supply chain operations.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Flexibility to travel 50-70% of the time within the assigned territory.
