SDR Manager Chesterfield | Office Based£65K + double OTE | Bonus | Pension Are you a proven Sales Development Representative Manager with an ability for creating high performing SDR teams?Are you a natural born leader with a strong vision for business growth with an ability to identity new market opportunities? A new and exciting opportunity has arisen in the Chesterfield area to work for a leading managed service provider with rapid growth plans over the next 18-24 months. This role requires a strong leader and coach to build out and support a new SDR team with plans to hire 5 experienced SDR’s over the next 3-6 months in which to drive the company\’s vision of operational and strategic growth across all it\’s divisions. Key skills include:New business sales developmentAccount Management and client retentionStakeholder managementTeam LeadershipSales StrategyCoaching and MentoringThe role at a glance:You will play a pivotal role as a seasoned SDR Manager or Sales Team Leader to oversee a small team of sales reps to focus on driving sales pipeline growth, managing teams performance, and ensure KPI targets are consistently achievedThis will be done by delivering on outbound and inbound growth initiative goals, whilst managing, coaching, and developing a small team of 5 x SDRs including performance management responsibilitiesThis is a new role and new team and you will [play an active part in the participation of the recruitment and hiring processYou will drive SDR activity metrics and growing pipeline within specific territories (not limited) across an established business with over 30 years industry knowledge and strong market credentialsThis would suit someone from a similar industry sector within the B2B market, ideally managed services, consultancy, cybersecurity, telecoms or SaaS (data solutions) backgroundStrong background with reporting, forecasting, and B2B sales processesOutstanding communication and organisation skills with a ‘hands on’ delivery approachIf you want to find out more about this opportunity, please get in touch over email for a more informal discussion – darrencairns@major-recruitment.com.
