THE ROLE: As Sales Associate, the successful candidate will enjoy an industry-leading entrance into the world of surgical/medical sales, working within the North of England and Scotland (territory down to Coventry). Initially, for the first few months, shadowing more experienced sales colleagues and supporting customers clinically within hospitals. Comprehensive company and product training will be provided.
THE COMPANY: A global manufacturer of a range of medical devices and equipment who continue to enjoy exciting growth, thanks to a strong product pipeline and a great reputation for quality and support. This division provides a premium quality range of endoscopes, camera systems, insufflators, light sources, electrosurgery units, surgical instruments, laser systems, fluid management, urology and gynae products.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE: Someone with some commercial experience within healthcare, or a graduate with a relevant medical or scientific degree seeking to move into surgical sales, or a relevant clinician seeking a new challenge within sales. Full driving licence with no more than 6 points.
THE PACKAGE FOR Sales Associate:
- Basic: £28,000
- Bonus: £4,000
- Car: Car allowance of £550 per month
