The Role
As an IFA Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers, ensuring the smooth delivery of client services throughout the financial planning process. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation, liaising with providers and supporting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing suitability report packs and client documentation
- Processing new business applications across pensions, investments and protection products
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating CRM systems
- Liaising with clients, providers and third parties to obtain information and documentation
- Managing adviser diaries and arranging client meetings
- Tracking applications and following up outstanding requirements
- Producing valuations, portfolio information and review packs
- Ensuring all administration is completed in line with FCA compliance requirements
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience within an IFA, wealth management or financial services environment
- Strong understanding of financial planning administration processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience using financial services back-office systems and CRM platforms
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively
