A specialist manufacturer based in the heart of Witney is looking to recruit a QHSE Compliance Officer to join a busy manufacturing operation supplying 80 countries worldwide. The successful QHSE Compliance Officer will report directly into the Managing Director and be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organisation's Quality (ISO 9001), Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems and ensuring full compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
The role has a perfect balance across the following areas: Quality, Compliance, Environmental & Compliance. This QHSE Compliance Officer role would perfectly suit someone living in the West Oxfordshire area looking for a local QHSE role. With flexible start and finish times, you can mould this role around your ideal start and finishes. Please note that the company also finishes early on Fridays, giving you Friday afternoons off work.
The ideal QHSE Compliance Officer candidate will have:
- A passion for quality, health & safety and compliance within the workplace
- Personal Health and Safety awareness
- Quality conscious
- Lead QA Auditor ISO9001
- NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) or IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health)
- IEMA (Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment)
- Hands on Quality Inspection experience
An attractive salary of £45,000pa - £48,000pa is on offer with the following benefits:
- 37 hours/wk
- Core hours 8:00 - 4:00 (some flexibility with an earlier Friday finish)
- A 4% matched pension contribution
- 25 days Holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
- Salary sacrifice holiday purchase (up to 5 days/pa)
