Public Procurement Lawyer

Social network you want to login/join with:Independently managing the review, drafting, and negotiating of RFPs and procurement contracts with third parties and subcontractors for clients in the public sector.Serve as subject matter expert during the tender stage of agreements involving public sector buyers ensuring compliance with application rules, regulations and best practices.Provide practical and concise legal counsel to internal business teams as queries arise throughout the contract lifecycle.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of public sector procurement laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure procurement processes and contracts are current and compliant.Qualifications:Right to work in the UK and eligible to practice as a lawyer in the UK.Demonstrated experience in handling public sector procurement, including the management of RFPs, either gained in-house or within the public sector/government sector.In-depth understanding of public procurement laws, regulations, and industry best practices.Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and practical legal advice to diverse stakeholders.Compensation, Benefits & Location:This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, pension and more.
