In this role, you will play a crucial role in all aspects of property sales, focusing on lead generation and ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial contact to completion.
What you’ll be doing:
- Engaging with developers across the UK to pitch their prop-tech services in build-to-rent.
- Arranging and conducting meetings with developers to pitch services and close deals.
- Managing the entire sales process from negotiation to completion, working closely with clients and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Providing regular reports on lead generation progress, opportunities, and challenges, allowing for data-driven decision-making.
What you will have:
- Proven sales experience within Property/Estate Agency/Investment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Full UK driving licence and own car.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching and exceeding targets.
- A passion for property investment and a desire to learn and grow in this field.
