Programme Director - Digital Defence Transformation

We are hiring for Programme Director – Digital Defence Transformation / Modernisation (ERP / Oracle Fusion)Location: Hybrid – London or BristolResponsibilitiesProven track record of successfully delivering large-scale ERP implementations and driving significant organizational change / Transformation.Strong expertise in full operating model transformation, encompassing policy, process, organizational, and system changes, centered on the implementation of ERP across the Defence organization, impacting HR, Finance, and Commercial functions.Extensive experience as a Programme Director, leading large and complex programmes, with a proven track record of successful delivery.Significant experience working within the government sector, with a deep understanding of government processes and regulations. Defence sector experience is highly desirable.Proven experience in large-scale ERP implementations, with a strong understanding of ERP concepts and lifecycles.
