We’re looking for a Production Controller to join our dynamic team dedicated to programming and production excellence.About the Role:As a key member of the production team, you’ll be responsible for planning, programming, and coordinating production tasks to improve efficiency and ensure timely delivery. You\’ll play a pivotal role in driving improvements, optimising material use, and maintaining high standards in safety and quality.Key Responsibilities:Generate programming files for CNC machinesMaintain production department documentation and recordsProduce workshop documentationCoordinate activities to meet deadlines and production goalsOptimise material usage and reduce wastageMonitor material availability for machine planningIdentify and report high-risk jobs and non-conformities using MangoSupport continuous improvement initiativesLiaise across departments including Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, and QHSEWhat We’re Looking For:Strong knowledge of fabrication and planning processesProficiency in reading technical drawingsExperience using StruMIS and CAD/drawing softwareExcellent organisational skillsHighly computer literateA proactive approach to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)Why Join Us?
